Terms of Service

By using ProfitLock, you agree to these terms.

1. What ProfitLock is (and isn't)

ProfitLock is a risk calculator and trade journal designed to help you apply disciplined risk management. It is not a broker, exchange, or financial institution. We do not execute orders, move funds, custody assets, or connect to your broker to place trades.

2. Not financial advice

Any outputs (including position sizing, risk/reward, projections, reminders, and notifications) are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, trading, tax, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

3. Risk disclosure

Trading forex and crypto is risky and may result in substantial losses. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You may lose some or all of your capital. Use the app only if you understand and accept these risks.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate inputs (prices, balances, leverage, and trade details). The app's outputs depend on your inputs and market conditions, which can change rapidly. You are responsible for verifying calculations, executing orders, and managing open positions.

5. Accounts and access

Access may be granted, renewed, revoked, or expire based on subscription status. You must keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for any activity under your account.

6. Acceptable use

You may not abuse the service, attempt to bypass access controls, reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with operations. You may not use the service in a way that violates applicable law.

7. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the service will be error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProfitLock and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any trading losses, lost profits, lost data, or loss of opportunity arising from your use of the service.
